This upgrade kit is designed for professional AIRSOFT/gel ball blaster player who can fully disassemble and assemble Automatic Electric Gun. The compatibility with all Gearboxes is not guaranteed, but it can fit into standard or common brand Gearboxes V2/V3 without larger modification. Related Tools and skills is needed for installing the product.
Atansyon
- Protect the detection sensors/switches while installing, do not connect the battery for testing before installation is completed to prevent damage to the circuit board.

Deskripsyon
T238 digital trigger unit BASIC is a programmable MOSFET designed for beginners who only need simple functions like stable semi-auto and preventing battery over discharge. With high speed processor and 2 high power MOSFET chips, this system has many functions, such as binary trigger, auto-loading function for gel ball magazine, over heat protection and so on. Besides, it also has the functions of gearbox block-up protection. It can effectively improve the stability, shooting speed and response speed of gearbox. The module uses a maximum of 16.8V batteries. Soldering and wiring are required.

Fonksyon
- Binary trigger. when the trigger is pressed and released, the gearbox will fire once each.

- Short circuit protection. When a short circuit is detected in the motor/magazine circuit, the system will cut off the power to the motor/magazine and prompt through LED flashing. Please disconnect the battery in a timely manner and troubleshoot the problem.
- Battery Over-Discharge Protection: The system automatically detects the number of battery cells. When the voltage of any single cell drops below the preset threshold, the system will: Emit an audible “Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!” warning through the motor. Enter shutdown/sleep mode. Please immediately replace the battery upon hearing the low-voltage alam.
- When the MOSFET is overheated, after the trigger is pulled, the motor will give a beep prompt until it is automatically restarted after cooling.
Mòd
Binary-trigger mode: In this mode, when the trigger is pressed and released, the gearbox will fire once each
Paint Ball Mode: In this mode, if the trigger switch is triggered at a slower frequency, the system is in single shot mode. If the trigger switch is triggered at a faster frequency, the system is in Binary-trigger mode

Kondisyon
- Teflon high-temperature resistant wire is recommended for this system, power wire for motor and battery should be larger than 0.5sqm silver plate wire, wire for electronic powered magazine should be around 0.25sqm
- Using high magnetic motors and high discharge rate batteries to reduce motor and battery heating caused by frequent single shot shooting
- It is recommended to use springs below M150, and for springs exceeding M150, please use a high torque motor

- In standby state, the current of the system is smaller than 0.01A. Please disconnect the battery if it is not used for a long time

Tès rapid
After soldering, connect the motor and battery. Make sure the wires are connected correctly. Press each switch one by one, you will get a blink of the LED. If not, your module is not right, contact the customer service immediately.
Notice! Ensure that the motor is securely fastened to prevent sudden start-up.
When testing the gear sensors, use an opaque object to cover between D5 and D6 to trigger the gear sensor. If the gear sensor is working properly, the LED will flash once when the opaque object intervenes.
Pwogramasyon
- Follow the steps below to enter programming mode

- After setting to the selected option, the motor emits short ‘beep’s, the number of ‘beep’s means the different function/parameter of this option. If you want to program to set it to certain option or parameter, pull and hold the trigger in 2 second after ‘beep’ till 2 long ‘beep’, then the module exits the programmable mode.

- The green circle represents the contour line of the circuit board, representing the position of the circuit board. The red circle represents the center of the gear shaft, representing the gear position. When installed correctly, the green circle should be coaxial with the red circle.
