How to upgrade the firmware of an NVR/DVR using the Tools Software
Preparasyon:
- Download the correct firmware for your NVR/DVR
- Download the Tools software.
- Ensure that the PC and the NVR/DVR are on the same network segment.
Pwosedi:
1. Open the Tools software and click Anviwònman rechèch.
2. Enter the device login password in the Modpas field. Then, click OK.
3. Klike Chèche to discover. If the entered password is correct, the camera status will appear as `Sou entènèt‘. If it says `Login echwe‘, you will not be able to procced with the update.
4. Klike sou Mizajou button (the fourth button on the left panel).
5. Check the boxes for the devices you would like to update.
6. Klike Chwazi File to locate and select the appropriate firmware file.
7. Tcheke la Reyajiste box if required, then click Update.
8. After the firmware has been uploaded to the device, the upgrade will proceed. Do not close the tool until the update is completed.
9. Once the upgrade is successful, the Upgrade status will be ‘Amelyore siksè'.
