Connect the Gateway to your PC via a LAN cable. Once connected, open a web browser and navigate to the Gateway's fixed IP (192.168.220.236). Log in with the default username 'admin' and password '1234'.
Assigning refers to linking an InforTab to a specific product within the Gateway. This allows the digital label to display the correct product information. You can verify assigned tags in the 'Status > Tag' menu in the UI.
Press the '' button on your remote controller while pointing it at the tag. This will display the tag's MAC address as a barcode.
InforTab updates typically complete within 5 minutes, but the process may be delayed by congestion or interference on your 2.4GHz wireless network. You can also manually push the update by selecting it and pointing the remote controller at the tag while pressing the 'R' button.
