Enstalasyon

Proper setup of accessories is crucial for safety and performance. This kit includes universal copper collets and a wrench for secure attachment.

1. Selecting the Correct Collet

The kit provides four universal collets (1/16 inch, 3/32 inch, 1/8 inch x2) to fit most rotary tools, including WORKPRO, DREMEL, and MILWAUKEE. Choose the collet that matches the shank size of the accessory you intend to use.

1. Koupe

Use cut-off wheels (fiberglass, heavy-duty, or regular) for cutting wood, metal, plastic, and other materials. Select the appropriate wheel based on material hardness and thickness. Always cut in a straight line and avoid applying excessive side pressure, which can cause the wheel to break.

Sanding bands and sandpaper discs are ideal for shaping, smoothing, and removing material from wood, metal, plastic, and stone. Start with a coarser grit for material removal and progress to finer grits for a smoother finish.

3. Polishing

Felt polishing wheels and various brushes are used for polishing and buffing a wide range of materials to a high shine. Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the accessory or workpiece as needed.

4. Grinding & Sharpening

Grinding stones (rubber, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide) are suitable for grinding, deburring, and sharpening various materials, including metal, stone, and ceramic. Select the stone type based on the material's properties.

5. Forage

HSS drill bits are included for drilling small holes in wood, metal, and plastic. Ensure the drill bit is securely fastened and apply steady, even pressure. Use appropriate speeds for the material to prevent overheating.

6. Carving & Engraving

HSS grinding points and diamond grinding points are used for detailed carving, engraving, and material removal on wood, metal, stone, and glass. These accessories allow for intricate work and fine detailing.

Steel, brass, and nylon brushes are effective for cleaning and deburring various surfaces, including plastic and metal. Choose the brush type based on the material and desired aggressiveness of cleaning.
