1. Enstalasyon

Upon receiving your Timex Ironman Triathlon Adrenaline watch, follow these steps for initial setup.

1.1 Mete Lè ak Dat

Your watch features both analog hands and a digital display. Both need to be set for accurate timekeeping.

1. Lè/Dat Dijital: Peze a MÒD button repeatedly until the desired setting mode (e.g., Time Set, Date Set) is displayed. Use the METE/RAPLE or SISPANN / Reyajiste buttons to adjust values. Confirm settings by pressing MÒD again or waiting for the watch to exit the setting mode automatically.
2. Zegwi Analòg: Pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) out to the first or second position (refer to the diagram below for specific crown positions). Rotate the crown to move the analog hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in to resume timekeeping.
