1. Entwodiksyon
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of the TAXNELE TXATS3-63A/4P Din Rail Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The TXATS-3 is a PC class infrequent change-over switch designed for AC systems with 50-60Hz frequency and a rated current of 6A-63A. Its primary function is to automatically switch to a backup power supply (Power B) when the main power (Power A) fails, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply with a switching speed of less than 50 milliseconds. When both power sources are available, Power A is prioritized.

The text overlay highlights "35MM STANDARD RAIL INSTALLATION."
5.2 fil elektrik
Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper connection of common power, backup power, and load outputs. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.

Deskripsyon imaj: A simplified wiring diagram for the ATS. It shows the connections for "Common power" (input I) and "Backup power" (input II) leading to the respective terminals. The "Load" output is shown connected from the bottom terminals. Blue lines indicate neutral connections, and red lines indicate live connections for both input sources and the load.
- Connect the main (common) power supply to terminals N1 A1 (neutral) and C1 B1 (live) under section 'I'.
- Connect the backup power supply to terminals N2 A2 (neutral) and C2 B2 (live) under section 'II'.
- Connect the load to terminals NA (neutral) and BC (live) at the bottom of the ATS.
- Double-check all wiring for correctness and tightness before restoring power.
6. Operasyon
The TXATS3-63A/4P ATS can operate in both automatic and manual modes.
6.1 Mòd otomatik
- Set the Auto/Manual switch to the "AUTO" position.
- When the common power supply (Power A) is present, the ATS will automatically connect the load to Power A. The green "Common power supply" indicator will illuminate.
- If Power A fails, the ATS will detect the outage and automatically switch the load to the backup power supply (Power B) within 50 milliseconds. The red "Backup power supply" indicator will illuminate.
- When Power A is restored, the ATS will automatically switch the load back to Power A, prioritizing the common power source.
