4. Enstalasyon
4.1 Premye chaj
Before first use, fully charge the internal 12000mAh battery. Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the radio's USB Type-C port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The battery indicator on the LCD will show charging progress.
4.2 AAA Battery Installation (Optional Backup)
For an additional power source, the radio supports 3 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the unit and insert the batteries, observing polarity. Ensure the power switch is set to the 'AAA' position when using these batteries.

4.3 Attaching Hand Strap and Carabiner
Attach the portable hand strap and hang buckle (carabiner) to the designated loops on the radio for easy carrying and attachment to backpacks or gear.

5. Operasyon Enstriksyon

5.3 NOAA Weather Alert Function
In NOAA Weather Band mode, the radio can automatically scan and monitor 7 NOAA weather stations. When a severe weather alert is detected, the radio will emit a loud siren, activate a red warning light, and display a flashing WX icon on the screen. To activate auto-scan, press the WX Alèt bouton.

5.5 Flashlight and Reading Lamp

5.7 Charging External Devices (Power Bank)
Connect your smartphone or other USB-powered device to the radio's USB-A output port using your device's charging cable. The radio's internal 12000mAh battery will act as a power bank.

5.8 Recharging the Radio
The radio can be recharged using five methods:
- USB Kalite-C: Connect to a USB power source using the provided cable.
- Manivèl men: Rotate the hand crank on the back of the radio clockwise or counter-clockwise for manual charging.
- Panèl solè: Place the radio in direct sunlight with the solar panel facing upwards. This method is primarily for maintaining charge or slow charging.
- Batri AAA: As described in Section 4.2, for backup power.

5.9 LCD Display and Time Setting
The large LCD display shows time, battery level, and active alerts. To set the time, refer to the specific instructions in the full user manual. The backlight has a power-saving mode that turns off after 15 seconds of inactivity.
