5. Enstalasyon

5.1 Premye chaj

Before first use, fully charge the built-in rechargeable battery using one of the following methods:

• USB-C chaje: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the radio's USB-C input port and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., AC adapter, computer, power bank). The charging indicator on the LCD display will show progress.
• Solè chaje: Place the radio with the solar panel facing direct sunlight. This method is primarily for maintaining charge or slow charging in emergencies.
• Manvèl chaje: Rotate the hand crank clockwise or counter-clockwise at a steady pace (130-150 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to generate enough power for initial use or short bursts of functionality.

5.2 AAA Battery Installation (Optional)

For an additional power backup, you can install 3 AAA batteries (not included):

• In an emergency, long press the SOS button to activate a loud siren and a flashing red light.

• The radio's internal battery will charge your device.
