- PWM Connection: Connect the 4-pin PWM fan power connector to an available 4-pin fan header on your motherboard. If installing multiple fans, use the provided PWM sharing connector to sync fan speeds.
- ARGB Connection: Connect the 3-pin 5V addressable RGB connector to a compatible +5V ARGB header on your motherboard. If installing multiple fans, use the provided ARGB sharing connector to sync lighting effects.
- Montaj: Secure the fan to your PC case or cooler using the included screws. Ensure the fan is oriented correctly for your desired airflow.

Once installed and connected, the Thermalright TL-M12R-S fan operates automatically.
