Unscrew the cap and fill the bottle with your desired beverage. Do not overfill; leave a small air gap at the top. For best insulation performance with cold drinks, pre-chill the bottle with cold water before filling. For hot drinks, pre-warm the bottle with hot water. The maximum temperature for hot liquids is 80 °C (176 °F).
Using the Cap and Valve
The cap features a pull-out valve for drinking. Pull the valve upwards to open it and push it down to close. Ensure the valve is fully closed when not drinking to prevent leaks and maintain insulation. The screw-on cap should be tightened securely to prevent spills.

- Fuite: Check that the cap is screwed on straight and tightly. Ensure the drinking valve is fully pushed down to the closed position. Inspect the silicone seal (if present) for damage or misalignment.
