Follow these steps for safe and effective use of your heated cushion:

• Siye: Allow the cushion to air dry completely before reattaching the control unit and using it again. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Depo: When not in use, store the cushion in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

If you encounter issues with your heated cushion, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Cushion not heating:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the cushion and the wall outlet.

  • The cushion has an automatic shut-off feature after 90 minutes. This is normal operation. Simply restart the device if you wish to continue use.
  • If it shuts off before 90 minutes, the Electroblock safety system may have been triggered. Follow the steps above for "Cushion not heating" if this occurs.
