4. Enstriksyon Asanble
Assembly of the Robbe Linde H50 RC Forklift and its accessories requires patience and attention to detail. Refer to the specific instruction manuals included with each kit for detailed, step-by-step guidance.
4.1 Main Forklift Assembly
- Chassis and Drive Train: Begin by assembling the main chassis components. Install the motor and gearbox according to the diagrams in the Linde H50 manual. Ensure all gears mesh smoothly.
- Asanble Ma a: Assemble the forklift mast, ensuring all lifting mechanisms operate freely. Pay close attention to the cable routing for the lifting function.
- Panno kò: Attach the main body panels to the chassis.
- Wou: Mount the wheels and tires securely.
4.2 Electronics Installation
- Servo: Install the Futaba S3003 servos in their designated positions for steering and mast control. Ensure they have full range of motion without binding.
- Amplifier/Reseptè: Connect the Sanwa ES-01 mini FET amplifier to your RC receiver (not included) and the motor. Follow the wiring diagrams provided with your RC system.
- Batri: Securely place the Sanyo Cadnica 6V 600mAh Ni-Cd battery pack in its compartment. Connect it to the amplifier/receiver system.
- Tès: Before closing up the model, perform a basic function test of all electronic components using your RC transmitter.
4.3 Trailer and Accessory Assembly
- Trelè: Assemble the Lastenanhänger (trailer) following its dedicated manual. This typically involves assembling the wooden platform, chassis, and wheels.
- Transport Accessories: The Zubehörset 'Transport' items (pallets, barrels, crates) are generally pre-assembled or require minimal assembly.
- Lòt Pwodwi pou Telefòn: Assemble any other optional accessories like the dummy figure or traffic cones as per their individual instructions.

Once assembled, your Robbe Linde H50 RC Forklift is ready for operation. Always ensure a safe operating environment.
