1. Begin with pressure cooking using the Pressure Cooker Lid as described above.
2. Once the pressure cooking cycle is complete and pressure is released, carefully remove the Pressure Cooker Lid.
3. Replace it with the Air Fryer Lid.
4. Select the desired air fry settings to crisp the food.
5. Press START/PAUSE to complete the combo cooking process.

• Kouvèti: The removable lids should be cleaned after each use. The air fryer lid includes a safety shield to prevent food residue from splattering inside, making it easier to wipe clean. The pressure cooker lid has a slot design for easy disassembly and cleaning of the sealing ring and valves.
