- Asire w kouwòn lan nan pozisyon 1 (pouse nèt anndan).
- Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 20-30 times. This will provide enough power reserve to start the watch.
- Once worn, the natural motion of your arm will keep the watch wound.

- Devise kouwòn lan: The crown is a screw-down type for water resistance. Rotate the crown counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
- Mete Dat: Gently pull the crown out to position 2 (first click). Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
- Mete tan: Pull the crown out further to position 3 (second click). The second hand will stop. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. To ensure accurate time setting, align the minute hand a few minutes past the desired time, then rotate it back.
- Senkronize: Once the time is set, push the crown back to position 1 when a time signal (e.g., from a radio or phone) reaches the 12 o'clock mark.
- Vise kouwòn lan: Push the crown firmly back into the case and rotate it clockwise while pushing, until it is securely screwed down. This is crucial for maintaining water resistance.
