1. Enstalasyon
Before first use, ensure the vacuum sealer is placed on a flat, stable surface. Unpack all components and familiarize yourself with the device.

Loading the Vacuum Bag Roll: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the vacuum bag roll into the designated compartment. Pull out enough material to create your desired bag length.

Creating a Custom Bag: Use the built-in cutter to slice the bag material to your desired length. Ensure one end is sealed before filling. To seal one end, place the open end of the bag over the sealing strip, close the lid, and press the 'Seal' button.
2. Operasyon
2.1 Sealing Food Items
Step 1: Prepare the Bag. Place the food item into the custom-made vacuum bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space from the top edge for proper sealing. For wet or marinated foods, ensure no liquid is near the sealing area. For best results with wet foods, use the 'Gentle' mode or freeze liquids partially before sealing.

Step 2: Position the Bag. Open the vacuum sealer lid. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat over the sealing strip and is within the vacuum channel.

Step 3: Close and Lock. Close the lid firmly until both sides click into place. The indicator lights will illuminate.

Step 4: Select Mode and Seal. Choose the appropriate mode: 'Normal' for firm foods or 'Gentle' for soft/moist foods. Press the 'Vac Seal' button. The machine will automatically remove air and then seal the bag. For precise control over vacuum pressure, use the 'Stop/Pulse' button to manually stop the vacuum process before sealing.

Step 5: Release and Remove. Once the sealing process is complete, press the 'Press' buttons on both sides of the unit to release the lid. Remove the sealed bag.

2.2 Using the Vacuum Hose Accessory
The vacuum hose accessory allows you to vacuum seal external containers, such as jars or wine bottles, that are compatible with vacuum sealing.
Step 1: Attach the Hose. Insert the small end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the vacuum sealer. Attach the appropriate adapter (e.g., for jars or wine stoppers) to the other end of the hose.

Step 2: Connect to Container. Place the adapter firmly onto the container's vacuum port (e.g., a jar lid or wine stopper).
Step 3: Activate Vacuum. Press the 'Accessory' button on the vacuum sealer. The machine will begin to remove air from the container. Once the vacuum is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose from the container and the sealer.

Cleaning the Vacuum Chamber: After each use, especially when sealing moist foods, check the vacuum chamber for any liquid or food debris. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely dry before closing the lid or storing.

4.1 Pwoblèm komen ak solisyon
Issue: Machine does not power on.
Solution: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and a working electrical outlet.
Issue: Bag does not vacuum properly or loses vacuum.
Solution: Check for wrinkles or creases in the bag along the sealing strip. Ensure the bag is properly positioned within the vacuum chamber. Verify that the lid is firmly closed and latched on both sides. Inspect the sealing strip and gaskets for any food debris or damage; clean or replace if necessary. Ensure there is enough space (2-3 inches) between the food and the top of the bag.
Issue: Bag seals but does not vacuum.
Solution: Ensure the open end of the bag is fully inside the vacuum chamber and over the sealing strip. Check that the vacuum chamber is clean and free of obstructions.
Issue: Liquid is drawn into the vacuum chamber.
Solution: For moist foods, use the 'Gentle' mode. Consider pre-freezing liquids or placing a paper towel at the top of the bag (below the sealing area) to absorb excess moisture. Clean the vacuum chamber immediately after use.
