The Pro-Ject Automat A1 is a fully automatic turntable system designed to deliver high-fidelity audio. Enstalasyon
1. Plasman
Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive vibration. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for ventilation and operation.

- Install the dust cover by aligning its hinges with the slots at the rear of the turntable.
- The Ortofon OM10 cartridge is pre-mounted and adjusted. No further cartridge alignment is typically required.

3. Koneksyon
- Connect the pre-fixed Connect-IT E Phono Cable to your amplifier's phono input. Ensure the ground wire is also connected to the amptèminal tè lifter la pou minimize ronfleman.
- Si ou amplifier does not have a dedicated phono input, you can use the turntable's built-in switchable Moving Magnet (MM) phono stage. Locate the phono stage switch (usually on the rear or underside) and set it to "Line" or "On" to use the internal preamp, then connect to any standard auxiliary input on your amplifier. Si ou amplifier has a phono input, set the switch to "Phono" or "Off" and use the amplifier's phono stage.
- Connect the power supply to the turntable and then plug it into a wall outlet.

Enstriksyon Operasyon
1. Jwe yon Dosye
- Place a record on the platter, ensuring it is centered. If playing a 7-inch single, use the provided adapter.
- Select the correct speed (33 or 45 RPM) using the speed selector switch.
- Peze a KÒMANSE button. The tonearm will automatically move to the lead-in groove of the record and lower gently.

3. Manual Tonearm Operation (Optional)
While the A1 is fully automatic, you can manually cue the tonearm using the lift lever. Move the lift lever up to raise the tonearm, position it over the desired track, then move the lever down to gently lower the tonearm onto the record.

The stylus (needle) should be cleaned regularly to ensure optimal sound quality and prevent damage to your records. Use a soft brush designed for stylus cleaning, brushing gently from back to front (from the pivot point towards the stylus tip).

Wipe the turntable chassis and dust cover with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
3. Platter and Belt
Periodically check the drive belt for wear or stretching. If the belt appears loose or cracked, it may need replacement to maintain accurate playback speed. The damped metal platter can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
