This solar ventilation fan is designed for outdoor use and requires direct sunlight for operation. It is compatible with ventilation holes up to 5-1/4 inches. Professional installation is recommended for optimal performance and safety.
- Chwazi Kote: Select a mounting location on your RV, marine vessel, camper, shed, or trailer that receives ample direct sunlight throughout the day. Ensure the surface is flat and clear of obstructions.
- Prepare Ouvèti a: If a ventilation hole does not exist, carefully cut a circular opening of approximately 5-1/4 inches (13.3 cm) in diameter. Ensure the opening is clean and free of debris.
- Aplike selan: Apply a suitable RV-grade sealant (not included) around the perimeter of the opening on the exterior surface to create a watertight seal. This step is critical to prevent water leaks.
- Position Fan Unit: Place the fan unit into the prepared opening, ensuring the solar panel faces upwards towards the sky. Align the pre-drilled mounting holes on the fan's base with the mounting surface.
- Vantilatè an sekirite: Use the provided mounting screws to securely fasten the fan unit to the surface. Do not overtighten the screws.
- Final Seal: Apply an additional bead of sealant over the screw heads and around the base of the fan unit to ensure a complete watertight seal.

Enstriksyon Operasyon
The RecPro RV Solar Ventilation Fan is designed for simple operation. Its primary power source is the integrated solar panel.
- Solar Operation: The fan will automatically begin to operate when the solar panel receives sufficient direct sunlight. The fan speed will vary depending on the intensity of the sunlight.
- Nivo pouvwa: This model features 3 power levels. To adjust the fan speed, locate the push button switch (if applicable, typically on the underside or side of the unit). Press the button to cycle through the available speed settings (Low, Medium, High) and Off.
- Nòt enpòtan: This fan relies solely on solar power for operation. It does not include an internal battery for nighttime use or operation without direct sunlight. Performance will be significantly reduced or cease entirely in low light conditions or at night.
