Before first use, fully charge your headset. Place the headset on the charging stand, ensuring the charging contacts align. The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 24 hours of talk time.

Connecting to a Computer (PC/Mac)
- Insert the BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter into an available USB-A port on your computer.
- The adapter's LED will flash blue, then turn solid blue when connected to the headset.
- Ensure the headset is powered on. It will automatically pair with the adapter.
- Select the Poly Voyager 4320 UC as your audio input and output device in your computer's sound settings and communication applications (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Connecting to a Mobile Device (Bluetooth)
- With the headset powered on, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the headset until the LED flashes red and blue.
- On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Poly Voyager 4320 UC" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the headset LED will stop flashing and remain solid blue.
