Enstalasyon

1. Prepare the Water Bath

1. Choose a pot or container large enough to hold the food you intend to cook, ensuring there is enough space for water circulation.
2. Fill the pot with water. Ensure the water level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines indicated on the sous vide cooker.

2. Attach the Sous Vide Cooker

1. Securely fix the Sous Vide Cooker to the side of your pot using the integrated clamp.
2. Ensure the heating element is fully submerged in water but the control panel remains above the water line.

3. Connect to Wi-Fi (Optional)

• Download the "InkBird Pro" app from your smartphone's app store.
• Plug in the Sous Vide Cooker.
• Follow the in-app instructions to connect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This allows for remote monitoring and control.

1. Preparing Food for Sous Vide

• Season your food as desired.
• Place the food into one of the reusable vacuum bags.
• Use the provided hand pump to remove air from the bag and seal it completely. This ensures even cooking and prevents the bag from floating.

4. Finishing (Searing)

• Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully remove the food bag from the water bath.
• For meats, pat the food very dry with paper towels. This is crucial for achieving a good sear.
• Sear the food in a hot pan, on a grill, or with a torch for a short period to develop a flavorful crust.
