- Recording a Message:
- Locate the selector switch on the back of the recorder.
- Move the selector switch to the 'REC' (Record) mode.
- Press and hold the 'Record/Playback' button (often labeled with a microphone icon or 'MIC').
- Speak clearly into the microphone, which is typically a small hole near the record button. You have up to 60 seconds of recording time.
- Release the 'Record/Playback' button when you are finished recording. The message is now saved.
- Playing Back a Message:
- Move the selector switch to the 'PLAY' mode.
- Press the 'Record/Playback' button once to play your recorded message.
- To replay the message, press the button again. The device supports up to 500 replays.
- Re-recording a Message:
- To record a new message, simply repeat the steps for 'Recording a Message'. The new recording will overwrite the previous one.
