5.1 DIN Rail Mounting

  1. Ensure the power supply to the circuit is completely off.
  2. Locate a standard 35mm DIN rail within your electrical panel or enclosure.
  3. Align the TM616 timer with the DIN rail. The yellow clip on the bottom (refer to Figure 3.3) should engage with the rail.
  4. Press the timer firmly onto the DIN rail until it clicks securely into place.

Refer to the wiring diagram on the side of the unit (Figure 3.2) and the specific voltage model (110V, 220V, or 12V) for correct connections. The TM616 typically has terminals for power input (L, N) and load output (NO, NC, COM for relay contacts).

Nòt: The specific wiring configuration may vary slightly depending on whether you are using the Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) contact for your application. Always consult the diagram on the device and local electrical standards.

After wiring, restore power to the circuit. The timer's LCD display should illuminate. If the display is blank, check power connections.

Upon first power-up or after a prolonged power outage, the internal battery may need to charge for a few minutes before full functionality is available. The display might show "OFF" or a default time.

6.2 Programming ON/OFF Events (17 Settings)

The TM616 allows for up to 17 ON/OFF program settings. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.

  1. Peze a "MINITÈ" button once. The display will show "1 ON" and the time will flash.
  2. Peze "Week" to select the day(s) for this program (e.g., everyday, weekdays, weekends, specific days).
