The SANGCON SK008-3B features a control knob with two speed settings (1 and 2) and a Pulse mode (P) for precise control over blending and processing.

5.1 Blending Function (34 oz Pitcher or 17 oz/10 oz Cups)

Ideal for smoothies, shakes, juices, and sauces.

1. Assemble the cross blade onto the pitcher or selected cup by twisting clockwise until secure.
2. For the 34 oz pitcher, insert the strainer basket into the blade unit with the filter end down, rotating until securely seated. Place the pitcher lid on top and twist clockwise until the locks click.
3. Add ingredients to the container, ensuring not to exceed the MAX fill line. For best results with hard ingredients or ice, use the Pulse function.
4. Place the assembled container onto the motor base, aligning the grooves and twisting clockwise until locked.
5. Select desired speed (1 or 2) or use the Pulse (P) setting for short bursts.
6. After blending, turn the knob to 'O' (off), then press down and turn the container counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.

5.2 Food Processing Function (17 oz Chopper Bowl)

Suitable for chopping meat, vegetables, and other ingredients.

1. Place the chopper blade into the 17 oz chopper bowl.
2. Add pre-cut ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
3. Place the chopper cover onto the bowl and twist to secure.
4. Place the assembled chopper bowl onto the motor base, aligning the grooves and twisting clockwise until locked.
5. Select desired speed (1 or 2) or use the Pulse (P) setting for controlled chopping.
6. After processing, turn the knob to 'O' (off), then press down and turn the chopper bowl counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.

5.3 Grinding Function (10 oz Low Cup with Flat Blade)

Use for grinding dry ingredients like coffee beans, spices, or grains.

1. Assemble the flat blade onto the 10 oz low cup by twisting clockwise until secure.
2. Add dry ingredients to the cup. Do not overfill.
3. Place the assembled cup onto the motor base, aligning the grooves and twisting clockwise until locked.
4. Select desired speed (1 or 2) or use the Pulse (P) setting for controlled grinding.
5. After grinding, turn the knob to 'O' (off), then press down and turn the cup counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.
