5.1. Monte a Viewjwenn

1. Attach the dovetail base to your telescope's optical tube using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Slide the assembled viewfinder (with rings) into the dovetail base on your telescope. Secure it with the thumbscrews on the base.

5.2. Attaching the Eyepiece

The eyepiece can be inserted into the helical focuser. Ensure it is seated properly and secured with the focuser's retaining screw.

5.3. Powering the Crosshair Illumination

The illuminated crosshair requires two LR41 button cell batteries. To install or replace them:

1. Unscrew the illumination unit from the eyepiece.
2. Insert the LR41 batteries with the correct polarity.
3. Screw the illumination unit back onto the eyepiece.

6.3. Autoguiding Functionality

Sa a viewfinder can be used as a compact autoguiding device. Its 1.25-inch connection and T2 camera connection thread (M42 x 0.75 mm) allow for the attachment of autoguiding cameras. The precise helical focusing ensures that the guide star remains sharp, which is crucial for long-exposure astrophotography.
