5. Enstalasyon

5.1 Powering On the Main Unit

The main unit can be powered by the included AC adapter or by batteries. For continuous projection and USB charging, the AC adapter must be used.

1. Enstalasyon batri: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit. Insert the 2 x AAA batteries (included), observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover. These batteries serve as a backup in case of power loss.
2. Koneksyon adaptè AC: Plug the small end of the AC adapter into the DC IN port on the back of the unit and the other end into a standard wall outlet.

5.2 Outdoor Sensor Setup

The outdoor sensor transmits temperature data to the main unit and has its own display for quick readings.

1. Open the battery compartment of the outdoor sensor. Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included for sensor, typically required), observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
2. Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight and rain to ensure accurate readings. Ensure it is within effective transmission range of the main unit.
3. The main unit will automatically attempt to connect with the outdoor sensor. The outdoor temperature will appear on the display once connected. If connection fails, press the 'SENSOR' button on the main unit to initiate a manual search.

5.3 Initial Time and Date Synchronization (Radio Control)

The clock is radio-controlled (DCF) and will automatically synchronize its time and date with the atomic clock signal.

• Upon initial power-up, the clock will automatically begin searching for the DCF signal. A radio tower icon will flash on the display.
• This process may take several minutes to a few hours, depending on your location and signal strength. For best reception, place the unit near a window and away from electronic interference.
• Once synchronized, the radio tower icon will become solid, and the time and date will be set automatically.
• During synchronization, the projector may temporarily turn off.

6. Operasyon

6.1 Manual Time and Date Setting

If the radio-controlled time synchronization is not successful or you wish to set the time manually:

1. Press and hold the 'MODE' button for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash.

3. Press 'MODE' again to move to minutes, then year, month, and day. Adjust each setting using '+' or '-'.
4. Press 'MODE' to confirm each setting and exit the setting mode.

4. Press 'ALARM SET' to confirm.
5. To activate/deactivate an alarm, press 'ALARM SET' repeatedly until the alarm icon (bell) appears or disappears for the desired alarm.

6.3 Repete Fonksyon

When an alarm sounds, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button on top of the unit to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 5-10 minutes.

The clock can project the time and outdoor temperature onto a wall or ceiling.

• Aktive Pwojeksyon: The projection is continuous when the unit is powered by the AC adapter. If using batteries, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate projection for a few seconds.
• Ajiste Ang Pwojeksyon an: Rotate the projection arm on the side of the unit to adjust the angle of the projected image. The projection can be flipped 180 degrees.

6.5 Weather Forecast Display

The clock displays weather forecast icons based on atmospheric pressure changes.

• The display shows icons such as sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, rainy, etc.
• These forecasts are predictions and may not always be 100% accurate.

A USB port is located on the back of the unit for charging external devices like smartphones.

• Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB port on the clock.
• Ensure the clock is connected to the AC adapter for stable charging.
