The SINOTIMER TM619 is a versatile digital LCD power timer switch designed for automatically controlling various electrical equipment. It allows for precise scheduling of ON/OFF cycles over a 7-day period. This device is ideal for applications such as controlling streetlights, neon signs, lamps, water heaters, air conditioners, billboards, electric cookers, boosters, sprayers, bottlers, preheaters, agriculture facilities, and broadcasting equipment.

Equipped with a built-in battery, the TM619 retains programmed settings even during power failures. Its design incorporates a low-consumption, high-accuracy CMOS chip, ensuring strong anti-jamming capabilities and reliable performance. The timer is simple to set up and conforms to IEC 60367 and CE certifications.

The TM619 timer switch features 5 terminals for connection. Refer to the diagram on the back of the unit and Figure 2 for proper wiring. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.

• Tèminal 1 ak 2: Power Input (24VDC). These terminals supply power to the timer itself. Ensure a continuous 24VDC supply to keep the timer operational and maintain its internal clock and programs.
• Terminals 3, 4, 5: Switching Contact (Output). This is a single changeover switch (SPDT - Single Pole Double Throw) with 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.

  • Tèminal 4: Normally Open (NO) - Contact closes when the timer is ON.
  • Tèminal 5: Normally Closed (NC) - Contact opens when the timer is ON.

The output contacts are rated for 16A at 250VAC (50/60Hz) for resistive loads, and 1HP at 125VAC, 2HP at 250VAC for inductive loads. For DC loads, it supports 20A at 30VDC.

4.2 Montaj

The TM619 is designed for panel mounting. It features mounting holes on its casing for secure attachment to a control panel or enclosure. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.

5.2 Pwogramasyon Lè ON/OFF

The TM619 allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.

Note: If you need to clear a specific program, navigate to that program (e.g., "3 ON") and press the MANYÈL button. This will clear the settings for that ON/OFF pair.

5.3 Manyèl Override

La MANYÈL button allows you to override the programmed settings temporarily or permanently.

  • SOU: Output is continuously ON, ignoring programs.
  • OTO: Timer operates according to programmed settings.
  • OFF: Output is continuously OFF, ignoring programs.
• When in AUTO mode, the timer will automatically switch between ON and OFF based on your programs.

To clear all settings and reset the timer to its factory defaults, locate the small reset button (often recessed) on the front of the unit. Use a pointed object (like a pen tip) to press this button. This will clear all programmed times and reset the clock.

Once programmed and set to OTO mode, the SINOTIMER TM619 will automatically switch the connected electrical equipment ON and OFF according to the precise times and days you have set. The LCD display will show the current time and day, along with the current status (ON, AUTO, OFF).

The timer's internal clock is highly accurate, with a hysteresis of 2 seconds per day at 25°C, ensuring reliable long-term operation. The built-in battery provides a black-out memory of up to 60 days, meaning your programs will be retained even during extended power outages.
