This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your Westbrass Develosah 9-inch 1-Handle Hot Water Dispenser Faucet with HotMaster DigiHot Digital Tank System and In-line Water Filter. For your safety and satisfaction, please read all instructions, cautions, and warnings before installing or using this electronic instant hot water appliance. This appliance is not intended for commercial use.

• Do not plug in the tank until all water connections have been made and checked for water tightness. The Instant Hot Water Tank must be filled with water.
• The Instant Hot Water Tank is filled only when water continuously passes out of the faucet spout. For Hot and Cold units, water must pass freely through the hot water side. It is recommended to flush the tank using several pints of water before operating. This ensures air is removed from the system and any residual carbon is removed from the filter.
• Make sure all electrical wiring and connections conform to local standards and codes.
• A standard 120V electrical outlet is required under the sink.
• If possible, use a separate circuit dedicated to your Hot Tank or a dual outlet air switch between the tank and the garbage disposal.

It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only your electronic instant hot water appliance be provided or use an outlet that can be turned on/off by a disposal switch. This electronic instant hot water appliance is equipped with a power supply cord with a power plug. To minimize possible shock hazard, the cord must be plugged into a mating, ground-type outlet, grounded in accordance with all national and local codes and ordinances. If a socket outlet is not available, it is the responsibility and obligation of the customer to have a properly grounded outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

Do not install the electronic instant hot water appliance outdoors or in a location that may fall below zero degrees Celsius, otherwise the pipes and the tap and tank will be frozen and there can be serious safety issues, possible bodily injury, accidents and property damaged which will VOID the warranty.

Do not wash the electronic instant hot water appliance with water directly. The installation environment should be ventilated, with protection from direct sunshine. When installing the electronic instant hot water appliance, provide approximately 10cm to 15cm (4" - 6") of air space on the sides of the unit for air circulation and approximately 2.5cm (1") in front. The humidity levels should be in the range of 10% to 60%.

Follow these steps for proper installation of your Westbrass Hot Water Dispenser System. Refer to the accompanying video for visual guidance.

1. Position the Instant Hot Water Appliance: Ensure the electronic instant hot water appliance is NOT connected to the electric power during installation. Place the appliance in position and check that the instant hot water tap connection pipes and the power cord will reach without being stretched. The electronic instant hot water appliance must be positioned so the tubes from and to the instant hot water tap do not twist or kink.
2. Connect the Cross Fitting: Lock the cross fitting onto the hose labeled '1' from the faucet.
3. Connect Hose 2 to Filter: Use hose labeled '2' to insert into the filter unit.
4. Connect Hose 3 to Filter Outlet: Use hose labeled '3' to combine with the outlet of the filter. Pull the clamp an sekirite.
5. Connect Hose 3 to Cross Fitting: Use the other side of hose labeled '3' to connect with the cross fitting.
6. Connect Hose 4 to Second Filter: Use hose labeled '4' to insert into the second filter (if applicable, or the inlet of the tank).
7. Connect Hose 5 to Filter Outlet: Use hose labeled '5' to combine with the outlet of the filter. Pull the clamp an sekirite.
8. Connect Hose 5 to Hot Tank Inlet: Use the other side of hose labeled '5' to connect with the hot tank inlet (blue connection).
9. Connect Hose 6 to Hot Tank Outlet: Use hose labeled '6' to connect with the hot tank outlet (red connection).
10. Connect Hose 7 to Cross Fitting: Use hose labeled '7' to connect with the cross fitting.
11. Connect Hoses 8 & 9 to Angle Valve: Use hoses labeled '8' and '9' to connect to the angle valves for the water supply.
12. Check Water Flow and Fill Tank: Before turning on the tank, you need to fill the tank with water until you find water coming out from the faucet spout.
13. Connect Power Plug: Finally, plug in the power cable to the socket and turn on the power at the breaker.

The HotMaster DigiHot Digital Tank System offers 6 preset temperatures for easy use, ranging from 167°F to 208°F. The actual temperature will display the approximate water temperature at the thermostat position.

• Press the ON/OFF button to control the power.
• Use the Up or Down buttons to select the desired temperature.
• To turn on the electronic instant hot water appliance, touch the ON/OFF button and hold for 3 seconds until the display lights up.

When the electronic instant hot water appliance is in heating mode, a moving red arc line of lights will indicate that the appliance is heating up. Once the required set temperature is reached, the red arc line will become static. There are two display boxes: Heating and Hot. When the tank is heating up, the Heating light will be lit, and when temperature is achieved, the Hot display box will light up.

When instant hot water is drawn from the tap or the water temperature falls below a preset level, the unit will automatically reheat to the required temperature setting.

To turn off the electronic instant hot water appliance at any time, press the ON/OFF button.
