4.1 Fonksyon Panel Kontwòl
- Ekspozisyon (DISP): Toggles between different display modes (e.g., frequency, current, voltagak).
- Program (PROG): Enters or exits parameter setting mode.
- Function/Data (FUNC/DATA): Selects parameters or confirms data entry.
- Flèch anwo/desann: Navige nan paramèt yo oubyen ajiste valè yo.
- FWD/REV: Changes motor rotation direction (Forward/Reverse).
- RUN Knob: Starts motor operation.
- Bouton STOP/RESET: Stops motor operation or resets fault conditions.
4.2 Operasyon debaz
- Pouvwa sou: Ensure all connections are secure, then apply power to the VFD.
- Anviwònman paramèt: Use the PROG button to enter parameter mode. Navigate with arrow keys and adjust values with FUNC/DATA and arrow keys. Refer to the detailed parameter manual (if available) for specific settings.
- Kòmanse motè: Turn the RUN knob to initiate motor operation.
- Ajiste vitès: Use the rotary knob or programmed settings to adjust the output frequency and thus the motor speed.
- Sispann motè a: Press the STOP/RESET button to halt motor operation.
5. Antretyen
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your VFD.
- Netwayaj: Periodically clean the VFD's exterior and ventilation openings to prevent dust accumulation, which can hinder heat dissipation. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Enspeksyon: Enspekte koneksyon fil elektrik yo regilyèman pou wè si yo byen sere epi si gen siy itilizasyon oswa domaj. Tcheke pou nenpòt bri oswa odè dwòl pandan w ap opere.
- Anviwònman: Asire w ke anviwònman operasyon an rete nan limit tanperati ak imidite espesifye yo.
