2. Enfòmasyon sou Sekirite
AVÈTISMAN: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, explosion, electric shock, or other injury.
- Use only pure butane gas for refilling. Impure gas can clog the device or cause malfunction.
- Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, heat sources, or temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F).
- Kenbe soti nan atenn timoun yo.
- Ensure adequate ventilation when operating, as butane combustion produces carbon monoxide.
- Do not touch the soldering tip or burner while hot. Allow sufficient time for cooling.
- Do not puncture or incinerate the device.
- Always turn the gas flow to the 'OFF' position when not in use or when refilling.
- Avoid dropping the device, as this may damage internal components.
3. Pwodwi souview
The Cordless Butane Gas Soldering Iron is a versatile tool that can function as a soldering iron, mini-torch, or heat blower. Its compact design makes it lightweight and convenient for various applications.

Karakteristik kle:
- Operasyon san fil: Powered by butane gas for maximum portability.
- Tanperati reglabl: Flame temperature up to 1300°C, soldering iron temperature up to 450°C.
- Multi-fonksyonèl: Can be used for soldering, as a mini-torch, or a heat blower.
- Ranpli fasil: Uses widely available pure butane gas.
- Konsepsyon kontra enfòmèl ant: Portable pocket-sized, lightweight, and convenient for precision tasks.
4. Enstalasyon
4.1. Filling with Butane Gas
- Ensure the gas flow control is set to the 'OFF' position.
- Hold the soldering iron upside down.
- Insert the nozzle of a pure butane gas canister into the filling valve at the bottom of the soldering iron.
- Press down firmly for approximately 10-15 seconds. You may hear a hissing sound as the gas fills.
- Release and repeat if necessary until the transparent gas tank appears full. Do not overfill.
- Wait a few minutes after filling for the gas to stabilize before ignition.
4.2. Attaching the Soldering Tip
The soldering iron comes with a standard soldering tip. Ensure it is securely screwed onto the heating element. For other functions like blow torch or heat blower, specific attachments may be required (not included with this model).

5. Operasyon Enstriksyon
5.1. ignisyon
- Ensure the device is filled with butane gas.
- Slowly turn the gas flow control knob towards the 'ON' position. You should hear a faint hiss of gas.
- Press the ignition button (if present) or use an external igniter (e.g., a lighter) to ignite the gas at the burner opening.
- Once ignited, a flame will appear. For soldering, the flame heats the internal catalytic converter, which then heats the soldering tip.
5.2. Ajisteman Tanperati
The temperature can be adjusted by rotating the gas flow control knob. Turning it further towards 'ON' will increase the gas flow and thus the temperature. Turning it towards 'OFF' will decrease the temperature. The maximum flame temperature is 1300°C, and the maximum soldering iron temperature is 450°C.
5.3. Itilizasyon
- Allow the soldering iron to heat up for approximately 30-60 seconds after ignition before use.
- Apply the hot soldering tip to the components to be soldered, ensuring good contact for efficient heat transfer.
- Feed solder wire onto the heated joint, allowing it to melt and flow evenly.
- After use, turn the gas flow control knob fully to the 'OFF' position.
- Allow the device to cool completely before storing.
6. Antretyen
6.1. Cleaning the Soldering Tip
Regularly clean the soldering tip to ensure optimal performance. While the tip is hot, wipe it gently with a damp sponge or brass wool. Do not use abrasive materials that could damage the tip plating.
6.2. Depo
Store the soldering iron in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure the gas flow is completely off and the device is cool before storage.
NAN. Depanaj
- Device does not ignite:
- Check if there is enough butane gas in the tank. Refill if necessary.
- Ensure the gas flow control is turned to the 'ON' position.
- Verify that the ignition mechanism is functioning. If using an external igniter, ensure it produces a spark.
- Flame is weak or inconsistent:
- The butane tank may be low. Refill with pure butane gas.
- The burner or gas nozzle might be clogged. Allow the device to cool, then gently clean the burner area.
- Ensure you are using pure butane gas. Impurities can affect performance.
- Soldering tip not heating sufficiently:
- Ensure the gas flow is set to a higher temperature.
- Check if the soldering tip is securely attached and making good contact with the heating element.
- The tip may be oxidized. Clean the tip as described in the Maintenance section.
