1. Chaje batri a
Before first use, fully charge the Polar OH1 battery. Connect the sensor to the USB charger and plug it into a USB port (e.g., computer, USB power adapter). The LED indicator on the sensor will show charging status.

2. Pairing ak Aparèy
The Polar OH1 can be paired with various fitness apps, sportwatches, bike computers, and gym equipment via Bluetooth or ANT+.
- For Polar Flow App: Download the Polar Flow app on your smartphone. Turn on the OH1 sensor. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair.
- For Sportwatches/Bike Computers: Refer to your device's manual for specific pairing instructions. Generally, you will need to enable heart rate sensor search on your device and then activate the OH1.

Wearing the Sensor
The Polar OH1 offers flexible wearing options:
- On the Arm: Place the sensor into the armband holder. Wear the armband snugly around your forearm or upper arm, ensuring the optical sensor is in good contact with your skin.
- On the Temple (for Swimming): For swimming, attach the sensor to the goggle clip and place it against your temple under your swimming cap.

Starting a Training Session
Once paired, activate the sensor by pressing the button. The LED will indicate its status. Start your training session on your paired device or app. The OH1 can also record sessions independently to its internal memory.
