2. Enstriksyon Sekirite
Toujou obsève prekosyon sekirite debaz yo pou diminye risk dife, chòk elektrik, ak aksidan pèsonèl. Kenbe manyèl sa a pou referans pita.
Sekirite jeneral
- Sekirite Zòn Travay: Kenbe zòn travay ou pwòp epi byen limen. Zòn ki dezòdone oswa ki fè nwa yo ka lakòz aksidan. Pa sèvi ak zouti elektrik nan atmosfè eksplozif, tankou lè gen likid, gaz oswa pousyè ki ka pran dife.
- Sekirite elektrik: Priz zouti elektrik yo dwe koresponn ak priz la. Pa janm modifye priz la nan okenn fason. Evite kontak kò ak sifas ki konekte ak tè. Pa ekspoze zouti elektrik yo anba lapli oswa nan kondisyon mouye.
- Sekirite Pèsonèl: Toujou mete pwoteksyon pou je yo. Sèvi ak pwoteksyon pou zòrèy lè w ap itilize zouti ki fè bwi. Abiye byen; evite rad ki lach oswa bijou ki ka kole nan pati k ap deplase yo.
- Itilizasyon zouti ak swen: Pa fòse zouti elektrik la. Sèvi ak zouti elektrik ki kòrèk la pou aplikasyon w lan. Dekonekte ploge a nan sous kouran an anvan ou fè nenpòt ajisteman, chanje akseswa, oswa sere zouti elektrik yo.
Specific Sander Safety
- Asire w ke pyès travay la byen klèamped or held before sanding.
- Always use the correct type and grit of sanding belt/disc for the material being sanded.
- Pa janm sab materyèl ki gen amyant.
- Connect the sander to a dust extraction system to minimize dust exposure.
- Keep hands clear of the sanding belt and disc during operation.
3. Enstalasyon
Bon konfigirasyon asire pèfòmans ak sekirite optimal.
Debalaj ak plasman
- Retire ponse a ak tout akseswa yo nan anbalaj la avèk prekosyon.
- Inspect the machine for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Report any damage immediately.
- Place the sander on a stable, level workbench. The cast iron housing provides stability during operation.
Installing Sanding Belts and Discs
The machine includes 3 abrasive belts and 3 grinding discs.
Enstalasyon disk
- The sanding discs are easy to install thanks to their hook-and-loop (velcro) coating.
- Ensure the disc plate is clean and free of debris.
- Align the new sanding disc with the disc plate and press firmly to secure it.

Belt Installation and Adjustment
- Always unplug the machine before changing or adjusting the belt.
- Release the belt tension mechanism (refer to your machine's specific lever/knob).
- Slide the old belt off and slide the new belt on, ensuring the directional arrow on the belt matches the arrow on the machine.
- Re-engage the belt tension mechanism.
- To adjust the belt tracking, slowly push the abrasive belt in the direction of movement by hand. The abrasive belt must pass through the center of the sanding surface. If not, make fine adjustments using the knurled screw located near the belt roller until the belt tracks correctly.
Work Table and Belt Arm Adjustment
- The grinding table can be tilted from 0 to 45° and is equipped with a scale for precise angle setting. Loosen the locking knob, set the desired angle, and re-tighten.
- The abrasive belt arm can be positioned vertically and horizontally at an angle of 0 to 90°. Loosen the arm locking mechanism, adjust to the desired position, and secure it firmly.

4. Operasyon Enstriksyon
Follow these guidelines for effective and safe sanding.
Operasyon Jeneral
- Ensure all adjustments are securely tightened before starting the machine.
- Plug the machine into a suitable 230V AC power outlet.
- Turn on the machine using the power switch. Allow it to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece.
- Always feed the workpiece against the direction of rotation of the abrasive to prevent kickback and ensure efficient sanding.
- Apply light, even pressure. Excessive pressure can overload the motor, reduce sanding efficiency, and damage the workpiece or abrasive.
- Move the workpiece smoothly across the abrasive surface to achieve an even finish.
- When finished, turn off the machine and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the work area.
Belt Sanding
The belt sander is ideal for shaping, deburring, and general stock removal.

5. Antretyen
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your sander.
- Always unplug the machine before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- Netwayaj: Regularly clean dust and debris from the machine, especially around the motor vents and sanding areas. Use compressed air or a soft brush.
- Abrasive Replacement: Replace sanding belts and discs when they become worn or clogged to maintain sanding efficiency and prevent damage to the motor.
- Enspeksyon: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and screws for tightness. Ensure all guards and safety features are in place and functioning correctly.
- Motor Brushes: The induction motor is generally maintenance-free regarding brushes. If you notice a significant drop in power or unusual sparking, consult a qualified service technician.
