The AGM Folding Pedal Exerciser is designed for quick and easy setup.
- Unfold the Exerciser: Carefully unfold the main frame until it locks into place. Ensure the locking mechanism is engaged.
- Mete pedal yo: The pedals are typically pre-attached. If not, ensure they are screwed in tightly. The left pedal usually screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal clockwise.

Using for Leg Exercise:

Using for Arm Exercise:
- Place the exerciser on a stable table at a comfortable height.
- Sit in front of the table and grasp the pedals with your hands.
- Begin rotating the pedals with your arms.
- Adjust the resistance knob to your desired intensity.

Digital LCD Display:
The integrated LCD display tracks your workout progress. It typically shows:

Press the red button to cycle through display modes or hold it down for several seconds to reset the data.
