This creates a consistent temperature bath, cooking food evenly and preventing overcooking. The immersion circulator maintains the set temperature for the duration of your cooking time.

  1. Prepare Your Container: Select a heat-safe pot or container large enough to hold the food and water, allowing for proper circulation.
