Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the rotisserie. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Always ensure the rotisserie motor is disconnected from the power source before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling any parts.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or expose it to excessive moisture.
- Keep all electrical components away from direct heat, open flames, and hot surfaces of the grill.
- Ensure the spit rod and forks are securely fastened and balanced before starting the motor to prevent strain on the motor and uneven cooking.
- Use heat-resistant gloves when handling hot components of the rotisserie or grill.
- Keep children and pets away from the grill area during operation.
- Operate the rotisserie only with a properly grounded 120V power outlet.

Follow these steps to properly install your Blaze Rotisserie:
- Attach Motor Mounting Bracket: Secure the motor mounting bracket to the designated side of your 20" Kamado grill using the provided hardware. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.
- Attach Spit Rod Support Bracket: On the opposite side of the grill, attach the spit rod support bracket. This bracket will hold the non-motorized end of the spit rod.
- Prepare Manje: Skewer your food onto the 3/8-inch spit rod. Secure the food firmly in place using the two rotisserie forks. Ensure the food is centered and balanced on the rod to ensure smooth rotation.
- Insert Spit Rod: Insert the pointed end of the spit rod into the opening on the spit rod support bracket. Then, align the square end of the spit rod with the motor's drive socket and push it firmly into place.
- Konekte pouvwa: Plug the 120V rotisserie motor into a grounded electrical outlet.

Enstriksyon Operasyon
Once the rotisserie is installed and food is prepared:
- Ensure the grill lid is closed or positioned appropriately for rotisserie cooking to maintain consistent temperature.
- Turn on the rotisserie motor. The spit rod will begin to rotate slowly and continuously.
- Monitor the cooking process and internal temperature of the food using a meat thermometer.
- Once cooking is complete, turn off the motor and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Carefully remove the spit rod and food from the grill using heat-resistant gloves.

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your rotisserie:
- Cleaning Spit Rod and Forks: After each use, allow the spit rod and forks to cool. Wash them thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely before storage. These parts are typically dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.

- Depo: Store all rotisserie components in a clean, dry place when not in use. Protect the motor from extreme temperatures and moisture.
