- Screw the E26 adapter into the existing recessed can socket.
- Connect the TP24 connector from the downlight to the TP24 connector of the E26 adapter by snapping them together.

4.4. Securing the Downlight
- Carefully tuck all wires into the recessed can housing.
- Align the downlight's trim ring with the can opening.
- Push the downlight up into the can. The spring-loaded retention clips will secure the fixture in place via friction, creating an airtight seal.
