Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the saw for any signs of damage that may have occurred during shipping. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.

Attach the work table to the main unit using the provided hardware. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely. Install the band saw blade by following the instructions for opening the blade access covers and positioning the blade around the wheels. Refer to Figure 1 for a general overview.

Blade Tension and Tracking Adjustment
Proper blade tension is crucial for accurate cuts and blade longevity. Use the tensioner knob located on the top of the saw to adjust the blade tension. The blade tracking can be adjusted to ensure the blade runs centrally on the wheels. Consult the tracking adjustment guide on the side of the saw for precise alignment. Refer to Figure 2 for blade area.

The work table can be tilted to perform angled cuts. Loosen the table locking knob located beneath the table, adjust the table to the desired angle using the angle scale, and then securely tighten the knob. Always verify the angle with a protractor or square before cutting. Refer to Figure 4 for table adjustment.

Power On/Off
The power switch is located on the front of the saw. Press the 'ON' button to start the saw and the 'OFF' button to stop it. Ensure the saw reaches full speed before beginning a cut.

For straight, accurate cuts, attach the rip fence to the table. Adjust the fence to the desired width from the blade and lock it in place. Guide the workpiece firmly against the fence and into the blade. Refer to Figure 3 for rip fence usage.

The miter gauge is used for cross cuts and angled cuts across the width of the workpiece. Insert the miter gauge into the slot on the table and adjust it to the desired angle. Hold the workpiece firmly against the miter gauge and guide it through the blade. Refer to Figure 4 for miter gauge usage.

Cutting Irregular Shapes
For cutting irregular shapes and curves, ensure the rip fence and miter gauge are removed. Slowly guide the workpiece into the blade, following your marked line. Use a narrower blade for tighter curves. Refer to Figure 2 for an example of cutting irregular shapes.

The articulating LED work light provides illumination to your workpiece and cut line. Adjust the light to your preferred position for optimal visibility. The light operates when the saw is powered on.
