- Prevent Punctures: Shield the inner tube from sharp spoke ends, spoke holes, and any rough edges within the rim bed.
- Distribute Pressure: Help to evenly distribute the pressure from the inflated inner tube across the rim bed, reducing stress points.
- Resist Heat: The reinforced braided cotton material is designed to withstand high temperatures generated by braking, which can otherwise degrade standard rim tapes and lead to tube failure.
No specific "operating" actions are required beyond proper installation. The rim tape performs its function passively once in place.

- Solisyon: Ensure the rim bed is thoroughly cleaned and dried before applying new tape. If the tape is new and still not adhering, it may be defective and should be replaced.
- Valve Stem Issues:

- Solisyon: Realign the rim tape so the pre-cut valve hole perfectly matches the rim's valve stem hole.
