This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Westbrass Pull & Drain Bath Waste assembly, model D3264-12. This system is designed for bathtub drainage and features a convenient pull-to-open and press-to-close drain stopper. Please read these instructions thoroughly before beginning installation or operation.

Follow these steps for proper installation of your Westbrass D3264-12 bath waste assembly:

1. Prepare beny lan: Ensure the bathtub overflow and drain openings are clean and free of debris.
2. Assemble the Overflow:
   • Attach the overflow pipe to the two-hole top elbow.
   • Secure the overflow faceplate (D329) to the overflow opening on the bathtub using the provided plated brass screws. Ensure the gasket is properly seated between the faceplate and the tub.
3. Assemble the Drain Shoe:
   • Connect the drain shoe to the horizontal drain pipe.
   • Insert the drain stopper assembly (D3324) into the drain shoe opening. Ensure the rubber gasket is correctly positioned to create a watertight seal.
4. Connect the Assembly:
   • Connect the overflow assembly and the drain shoe assembly using the tee fitting and brass half-ferrules. Adjust the length of the brass tubes as needed to fit your bathtub's dimensions (maximum 22-1/2 inches make-up).
   • Tighten all slip joint connections securely, but do not overtighten.
5. Tès pou Fuites: Fill the bathtub with water and check all connections for any signs of leakage. Tighten connections further if necessary.

Enstriksyon Operasyon

The Westbrass D3264-12 features a simple pull & drain mechanism:

• Pou fèmen drenaj la: Firmly press the drain stopper down into the drain opening. This will seal the drain, allowing the tub to fill with water.
• Pou ouvri drenaj la: Pull the drain stopper up. This will unseal the drain, allowing water to flow out of the tub.

• Netwayaj: Regularly clean the visible components (drain stopper and overflow faceplate) with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or strong detergents, as these can damage the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish.
• Enspeksyon: Periodically inspect the drain stopper for any hair or debris accumulation that might impede its operation. Remove any obstructions carefully.
• Jwenti: If leaks occur, inspect the gaskets for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.

• Flit:
  • Check all slip joint connections for tightness. Ensure they are snug but not overtightened.
  • Verify that all gaskets are properly seated and undamaged. Replace any worn or damaged gaskets.
• Drain Stopper Not Sealing:
  • Inspect the stopper for debris (e.g., hair, soap residue) that might prevent a proper seal. Clean thoroughly.
  • Ensure the stopper mechanism is fully engaged when pressed down.
• Drenaj Ralanti:
  • Check for blockages in the drain pipe. This may require disassembling parts of the drain assembly or using a plumbing snake.
