Connecting the Conference Phone
- Analog Phone Connection: Connect the supplied RJ11 cable to the 6/6 modular port on the Konftel 300 and to an analog public phone network or PBX connection.
- PC Connection (USB): For computer-based conferencing, connect a USB 2.0 Mini B cable from the Konftel 300 to your computer.

Using Line Mode

- Peze a MÒD LINE button to cycle through available connection types or to combine them for a multi-line conference.
- Follow the on-screen prompts on the illuminated graphic LCD (128x64) to select or manage lines.
Recording Conversations
- Insert an SD memory card (up to 2 GB) into the designated slot on the Konftel 300.
- During a call, navigate to the recording option via the MENI button and select "Record".
- To stop recording, access the menu again and select "Stop Record".
- Recorded conversations are saved to the SD card and can be played back later.
Conference Guide
The conference guide assists in setting up and managing multiparty calls.
- Access the conference guide through the MENI bouton.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add participants or retrieve saved call groups.
- Saved call groups allow for quick initiation of calls with frequently used participant lists.
