The JET OES-80CS requires assembly upon delivery. While the base is designed for single-person assembly, the main table and motor unit are heavy and may require two people or mechanical assistance for safe placement. Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present before beginning assembly.

• Assemble the steel enclosed base cabinet first, which provides support and storage.
• Carefully mount the table and motor unit onto the assembled base.
• Install the sanding belt, utilizing the quick release lever for ease of installation.
• Attach the drum guard and dust port.
• Connect the machine to a 115V power source, as it is pre-wired for this voltage. Conversion to 230V is possible if required, but should be performed by a qualified electrician.
• Adjust the belt tracking system using the included wrench to ensure proper belt alignment.

• Contour Sanding: Utilize the adjustable outer drum support table for sanding curves or profiles.
