3. Enstalasyon

  2. Remove the rear lens cap from the Sigma lens and the body cap from your camera.

4.1 Zoom

To adjust the focal length, rotate the zoom ring located on the lens barrel. The lens covers a range from 70mm (wide-angle telephoto) to 300mm (super telephoto). Rotate towards 300mm to magnify distant subjects and towards 70mm to widen your field of view.

  3. In macro mode, the lens can achieve a maximum close-up magnification of 1:2 at 300mm. The minimum focusing distance remains 59 inches (1.5 meters), but the magnification changes based on the focal length within the 200-300mm range.
  4. To exit macro mode, slide the switch back to the normal position. Ensure the focus ring is not at its extreme macro extension before switching back.

The lens has a variable aperture of f/4-5.6, meaning the maximum aperture changes with the focal length (f/4 at 70mm, f/5.6 at 300mm). The camera will automatically adjust the aperture based on your selected shooting mode (e.g., Aperture Priority, Program, Manual).
