- Always ensure the espresso maker is securely assembled before placing it on a heat source.
- Do not overfill the water chamber beyond the safety valve level. Overfilling can lead to excessive pressure and potential hazards.
- The espresso maker becomes very hot during use. Always use the handle and avoid touching hot surfaces.

Your WMF Kult Espresso Maker consists of the following main components:

4. Enstalasyon ak Premye Itilizasyon
4.1 Netwayaj Premye

- Disassemble the espresso maker by unscrewing the upper chamber from the lower water chamber. Remove the filter basket.
- Wash all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry completely.
- For the first use, brew 2-3 batches of espresso using only water (no coffee) to clean the internal components and remove any manufacturing residues. Discard this water.
4.2 Asanble
- Fill the lower water chamber with cold water up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level.
- Insert the filter basket into the lower water chamber.
- Fill the filter basket with finely ground espresso coffee. Do not tamp the coffee too firmly, as this can impede water flow. Level the coffee gently.
- Screw the upper chamber firmly onto the lower water chamber. Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks during brewing.

- Place the assembled espresso maker on a suitable heat source (gas, electric, ceramic, or induction hob).
- Use a medium heat setting. High heat can burn the coffee and damage the espresso maker.
- Water in the lower chamber will heat up, creating steam pressure that forces hot water through the ground coffee in the filter basket.
- The brewed espresso will rise into the upper chamber.
- Once the upper chamber is full and you hear a gurgling sound, remove the espresso maker from the heat source immediately.
- Serve the fresh espresso into cups.

- Do not press the coffee grounds too tightly in the filter basket.

- Rinse thoroughly and dry all components completely before reassembling or storing. This prevents water spots and mineral buildup.
- The WMF Kult Espresso Maker is dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish and extend the lifespan of the seals.
6.2 Antretyen Peryodik
- Regularly inspect the rubber gasket and filter plate for wear or damage. Replace if necessary to maintain a proper seal.
- If mineral deposits (limescale) build up, especially in the water chamber, descale the espresso maker using a suitable descaling solution or a mixture of water and white vinegar. Follow the descaling product's instructions, then rinse thoroughly.
