The Scimagic-RC TYTE-D1 Smart Temperature Switch is a versatile device designed for intelligent temperature monitoring and control. It integrates WiFi and RF 433MHz communication, allowing for remote management via a mobile application and compatibility with smart home assistants. The device comes with a high-accuracy waterproof stainless steel temperature sensor, making it suitable for a wide range of applications requiring precise temperature regulation.

3.1 Wiring the Smart Switch

AVÈTISMAN: Ensure power is disconnected before performing any wiring. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the device or electrical shock.

1. Connect the live wire (L) from your power source to the 'IN L' terminal on the smart switch.
2. Connect the neutral wire (N) from your power source to the 'IN N' terminal on the smart switch.
3. Connect the live wire (L) of your appliance to the 'OUT L' terminal on the smart switch.
4. Connect the neutral wire (N) of your appliance to the 'OUT N' terminal on the smart switch.
5. Plug the waterproof temperature sensor into the designated port on the smart switch.

The Smart Switch works with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Follow these steps to connect the device to the app:

1. Open the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app and tap 'Add Device'.
2. Select 'Quick Pairing' or 'Add Manually' and choose 'Temperature Control Switches' under the 'Electrician' category.

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to put the device into pairing mode (usually by long-pressing the reset button until the LED blinks).
5. Once the device is detected and added, you can rename it and assign it to a room.

1. Long press the thermostat button on the Smart Switch for 2-3 seconds. The LED light will change from red to blue.

4.1 App Remote Control and Monitoring

Once connected to the app, you can remotely monitor the temperature and control the switch from anywhere.

The app provides real-time temperature readings from the connected sensor. You can turn the connected device ON or OFF directly from the app.

The Smart Switch offers both automatic and manual temperature control modes.

• Mòd oto: Set a desired temperature range. The switch will automatically turn ON or OFF to maintain the temperature within this range. This is ideal for heating or cooling applications.

4.3 Setting Temperature Alerts

You can configure the app to send alerts when the temperature exceeds or falls below a set threshold.

1. In the app, navigate to the device settings.
2. Enable 'Turn on alert'.
3. Set the 'High temperature alarm' and 'Low temperature alarm' values.
4. The phone will send a reminder when the temperature exceeds the set maximum or falls below the set minimum.
