  2. From 5V USB Source: Use the provided Type-C USB cable to connect the jump starter to a 5V USB power source. This method is slower and typically takes about 30 minutes for a full charge.

Clamps spark when connecting. Incorrect connection order; clamps touching each other. Asire clamps are connected correctly (red to positive, black to negative) and do not touch each other or other metal parts.
