Nòt: If a key doesn't work, it's possible you may have bent one of the switches during installation. Pull the switch out and repeat the process. Pins may be damaged beyond repair if this process is not done correctly. Never apply excessive force when replacing keycaps or switches. If you cannot remove or install keycaps or switches, please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid damage due to operating errors.

The EK21 supports three modes: Wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz Wireless. Use the switch on the side of the numpad to select your desired mode.

Toggle the switch to the middle position. Connect the numpad to your device using the provided USB-C cable. The numpad will automatically enter wired mode.

Bluetooth mak:

1. Toggle the switch to the left (Bluetooth mode).
