The SINOTIMER IL Plug Digital Programmable Timer Switch is designed to control electrical appliances by setting specific ON/OFF times over a 7-day weekly cycle. It features a digital display, multiple programming options, and a built-in battery for program backup.

2. Enstalasyon ak Enstalasyon Inisyal
2.1 Enstalasyon Fizik
- Plug the timer switch into a standard IL wall socket (230V/50Hz power supply).
- Plug your appliance (e.g., lamp) into the socket on the timer.
- Ensure the power consumption of the controlled appliance is within the maximum 3600W resistive load.
- If the appliance has its own switch, make sure it is switched ON.

2.2 Reyajiste revèy la
Before first use or after a long period of storage, press the small 'R' (Restore Factory Defaults) button using a pointed object (like a pen tip) to clear all settings. The display will show "MO 00:00" and start in clock mode.

To set the current day and time:
- Peze a LÒJ bouton, epi peze SEMÈN to scroll up the day of the week until the current day is displayed. Long press SEMÈN for more than 2 seconds for rapid adjustment.
- Peze a LÒJ bouton, epi peze LÈ to scroll up the hour until the current hour. Long press LÈ for more than 2 seconds for rapid adjustment.
- Peze a LÒJ bouton, epi peze MIN to scroll up the minute until the current minute. Long press MIN for more than 2 seconds for rapid adjustment.
3. Operasyon Enstriksyon
3.1 Pwogramasyon Sik ON/OFF
The timer allows for up to 20 ON/OFF programs. To set a program:
- Peze a PWOG Peze bouton an yon fwa. Ekran an ap montre "1 ON".
- Peze SEMÈN to select the desired day or group of days for this program. Available combinations include:

- Peze LÈ to set the hour for the "ON" time.
- Peze MIN to set the minute for the "ON" time.

- Repeat steps 2-4 to set the "OFF" time for the first program.
- Kontinye peze PWOG to advance through programs 2-20 (ON and OFF settings).

Note: The output is ON during the countdown period.
3.2 Programming Countdown Operation
To set a countdown timer:
- Peze a PWOG button repeatedly until the display shows "CON ---" (after the 20 groups program).
- Peze LÈ epi MIN buttons to set the desired countdown time (from 1 minute to 99 hours and 59 minutes). Long press LÈ or MIN for more than 2 seconds for rapid adjustment.
- Sèvi ak la MÒD key to switch the countdown function between ON or OFF.
- Peze LÒJ key or wait 15 seconds to save the programmed countdown and return to normal operation mode.
Note: "ON" means output is ON during countdown period. "OFF" means output is OFF during countdown period.
3.3 Manual Countdown Operation
To manually operate or interrupt the countdown function:
- Peze a DEL/CD button for more than 3 seconds to interrupt the countdown function. The display will flash. The output will maintain its current status until the next programmed command.
- Peze DEL/CD again for more than 3 seconds to resume or re-interrupt the countdown.
Note: The function will switch ON (OFF) immediately once countdown ON (OFF) started and ON/OFF switched after countdown.
3.4 Random Function
This feature allows the timer to switch ON and OFF at random times, typically between 6:00 PM and 5:30 AM, to simulate occupancy. For example, it might switch ON randomly between 10 and 26 minutes, then OFF randomly between 20 and 43 minutes, and repeat.
- When the display shows clock time, press the R button to activate the random function. The "R" icon will appear on the display.

3.5 Manual Override Switch
La MÒD button allows you to manually override the programmed settings at any time:

3.6 Summer Time Setting (Daylight Saving)
To adjust for summer time:
- Peze a LÒJ button for 3 seconds. The present time will increase by one hour, and the LCD will display the icon of 'S'.
- To revert to standard time, press the LÒJ button for 3 seconds again. The 'S' icon will disappear, and the time will go back one hour.

4. Antretyen
- **Cleaning**: Wipe the timer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- **Battery**: The built-in Ni-MH rechargeable battery maintains program settings during power outages. It has a standby time of approximately 120 days. The battery recharges automatically when the timer is plugged into a live socket. No user maintenance is required for the battery.
- **Storage**: Store the timer in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
