Welcome to the MOOER Drummer X2, a powerful and versatile stereo multi-drum machine pedal designed for guitarists. This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, and maintain your Drummer X2 to get the most out of its features.

2.1. Kontwòl ak Konektè
The Drummer X2 features an intuitive layout of knobs, footswitches, and input/output jacks for comprehensive control over your drum grooves.

- Bouton EQ: Adjusts the equalization of the drum sound.
- Bouton SPEED: Controls the tempo of the drum groove (40-260 BPM).
- Bouton NIVO: Adjusts the overall volume of the drum machine.
- GENRE Knob: Selects one of 11 musical genres.
- PATTERN Knob: Selects one of 11 groove variations within the chosen genre.
- Bouton SAVE: Saves current settings to a song bank.
- PLAY/STOP Footswitch: Toggles playback of the drum groove.
- TAP/FILL Footswitch: Taps in tempo or triggers a drum fill.
- PARTS Indicator: Displays the current part of the drum groove.

3. Enstalasyon
- Koneksyon pouvwa: Connect a 9V DC, 300mA, center-negative power supply to the DC 9V input jack. It is highly recommended to use the original power supply to avoid unexpected noise.
- Antre odyo: Connect your instrument (e.g., electric guitar) to the L(MONO) input jack. For stereo input, connect a second instrument or stereo source to the R input jack.
- Sòti odyo: Connect the L(MONO) output jack to your amplifier or audio interface. For stereo output, connect the R output jack to a second amplifier or stereo input.
- External Control (Optional): If using an external footswitch, connect it to the EXT/CTRL jack.
- Koneksyon USB (Si ou vle): For firmware updates and preset management, connect the USB-C port to your computer using the provided USB-C to USB-A cable.
4. Operasyon Enstriksyon
4.1. Selecting Drum Grooves
- Vire a GENRE knob to select one of the 11 musical genres (e.g., Pop, Funk, Rock, Metal, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Fusion, Punk, Country, Reggae). The genre list is printed on the side of the pedal.
- Vire a MODÈL knob to choose one of the 11 groove variations available within the selected genre.
- La PATI indicator will show the current part of the drum groove.

4.2. Playback and Tempo Control
- Peze a JWE/KANPE footswitch to start or stop the drum groove.
- Ajiste a VITESSE knob to change the tempo (BPM).
- Altènativman, sèvi ak la TAP TEMPO function: Repeatedly tap the TAP/FILL footswitch at your desired tempo. The pedal will synchronize to your taps.
4.3. Volume and EQ Adjustment

- La EQ knob allows for quick tonal adjustments to suit your output device (e.g., amplifier, FRFR speaker) and environment.
4.4. Using the FILL Function
While a drum groove is playing, press the TAP/FILL footswitch once to trigger a drum fill. The fill will play and then return to the main groove.
4.5. Saving and Recalling Song Banks
The Drummer X2 allows you to save your favorite grooves and tempos into 11 customized song banks, each containing 7 rhythm slots.
- Set your desired GENRE, PATTERN, SPEED, LEVEL, and EQ settings.
- Peze a SAVE button. The LED will indicate it's ready to save.
- Use the footswitches or external control to select the desired song bank and rhythm slot.

- To recall a saved rhythm, navigate to the desired song bank and rhythm slot using the footswitches or external control.
4.6. Editor Software and Firmware Updates
Specialized editor software is available for managing presets and updating the firmware of your Drummer X2. This software can be downloaded from the official MOOER website. Connect the pedal to your computer via the USB port to use the software.
