9. Konsèy itilizatè yo

  • 5G vs. 5GHz: This device operates on the 5GHz Wi-Fi frequency band (802.11ac standard) for wireless network connectivity. It is not compatible with 5G cellular SIM cards or 5G mobile networks.
  • Distans ak Kouvèti: The TL-S5-5KM is designed for long-distance wireless transmission up to 5KM in environments with minimal interference. For optimal performance in point-to-point setups, ensure a clear line of sight between the devices. For point-to-multipoint scenarios, consider the overall coverage area and potential obstacles.
  • Pairing Distance: When performing one-key pairing, ensure the bridges are within a close range (e.g., not exceeding 10 meters) to facilitate successful automatic connection.

NAN. Depanaj

  • Pa gen pouvwa: Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected to the CPE unit and a working power outlet. Check the POWER indicator light.
  • Echèk kouple: If the indicator lights flash simultaneously after attempting one-key pairing, it indicates a failure. Ensure the devices are within close proximity (under 10 meters) and try the pairing process again. Verify the main bridge is in AP mode and client bridges are in client mode.
  • Unstable Connection/Low Signal:
    • Check the signal intensity indicator lights on the client device; fewer lights mean a weaker signal.
    • Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the CPE units. Obstacles like buildings or dense foliage can significantly degrade signal quality.
    • Adjust the antenna direction of the CPE units to optimize alignment.
    • Consider adjusting the linear adjustable power settings to reduce interference if multiple devices are in use.
  • Pa gen Aksè Rezo: Check the LAN indicator lights. If they are off, ensure the network cable is properly connected. If they are on but not flickering, there might be no data transmission; check the connected device or network configuration.
  • Reyajiste nan default faktori: If you encounter persistent issues, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the RESET button for 3 seconds until the wireless signal intensity indicator lights flicker.
