5.1. SIM Card Compatibility
Before using the 3G/4G functionality, ensure your SIM card's frequency range is compatible with the camera's supported bands. Incompatible SIM cards will prevent 4G connectivity.

- For 4G WiFi Version: Insert a compatible 4G SIM card into the SIM card slot. The camera will automatically connect to the 4G network. For WiFi connectivity, configure it via the mobile app or PC client after initial setup.
5.4. Mobile App Installation (CamHi)
The camera uses the 'CamHi' or 'CamHiPro' app for mobile access. Follow these steps to install and set up the app:
- Download the 'CamHi' app from the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Alternatively, scan the QR codes below.
- Open the CamHi app and click the '+' icon to add a new camera.
- Scan the QR code on the camera or manually enter the UID (User ID) and default password (admin).
- Once added, the camera will appear in your device list. Click on it to view imaj an tan reyèl.
5.5. PC Client Software Installation
Pou PC viewing and management, install the 'HIP2P Client_Setup' software. This software is compatible with Windows operating systems.
