How do I know if the CENTEGIX Hub is connected?
When powered on and connected to the network, the Hub should display 3 solid red lights and a 4th flashing light.

Where should I avoid installing the CrisisAlert Hub?
Do not install Hubs in bathrooms, on GFI outlets, on outlets controlled by a switch, or in hallways unless explicitly approved by CENTEGIX Customer Operations.

What are the power requirements for the CrisisAlert Gateway?
The Gateway requires a 5V DC power supply with an amperage between 2.0A and 3.5A. Always use the provided power supply.

How close can I be to the RF emitting antenna?
To comply with RF exposure limits, maintain a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator/antenna and your body during operation.
