Follow these steps for proper installation of your diesel air heater. Ensure all connections are secure before operation.

2. Install Base Clips: Attach the provided base clips to the bottom of the heater unit. These clips help secure the unit.
3. Elevate Unit (Optional): If needed, place the heater on wood blocks or other stable objects to elevate it for easier access during pipe installation.

3.2 Exhaust and Intake Pipe Installation

1. Install Exhaust Pipe: Connect the exhaust pipe to the designated port on the heater. Ensure it is securely fastened with clamps. The exhaust pipe must lead to the outside to safely vent exhaust gases. Maintain a safe distance between the exhaust pipe and the oil pipe, as the exhaust pipe becomes very hot during operation.
2. Install Intake Pipe and Air Filter: Attach the intake pipe and integrated air filter to the corresponding port. Secure with clamps.
3. Install Silencer: Secure the silencer to the end of the exhaust pipe using clamps and the provided bracket.

3.3 Outlet Duct Installation

1. Install Outlet Duct: Connect the flexible air outlet duct to the heater's hot air outlet. Secure it with a clamp.

4.2 Power On/Off

• Pou limen: In shutdown state, press the "ON/OFF" button on the control panel or remote control.

• Nòt enpòtan: The machine will automatically dissipate heat for approximately 30 minutes after being turned off. Do not force power off midway, as this can prevent proper heat discharge.

4.3 Mode and Temperature Adjustment

• Chanje mòd: In power-on state, press the [knob] on the control panel to cycle through different modes (e.g., temperature control mode, constant temperature mode, gear mode).
• Numerical Adjustment: Rotate the [knob] clockwise to increase the gear/temperature (+1 unit per click, up to 10 gears or 36°C). Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease the gear/temperature (-1 unit per click, minimum to 1 gear or 8°C).

4.4 Basic Settings (Base Model)

To access basic settings, long press the "ON/OFF" button for 3 seconds when the unit is powered on. The upper left corner of the screen will display setting items (F0, F1, etc.). Rotate the [knob] to navigate and adjust values. Press the [knob] again to confirm changes.

• F0: Current Time - Adjust the current time.
• F1: Start-up Time - Set a scheduled start time.
• F2: Running Time (After Starting) - Set the duration of operation (30 minutes is 1 unit, adjustment range: 0-10 hours).
• F3: Self-starting Switch Settings - 'ON' is open, 'OF' is closed.
• F4: Language Switch - Select language (Chinese, English, Russian) or turn voice off.
• F5: Temperature Compensation - Adjust temperature compensation (range: -9 to 9°C).
• F6: Fuel Tank Volume - Set the fuel tank volume (5L is 1 unit, adjustment range: 5-50L).
• F7: Oil Pump Type - Select oil pump type.
• F8: Constant Temperature Heating - 'ON' is open, 'OF' is closed.
• F9: Temperature Switching Unit - Switch between °F and °C.
• FA: Screen Brightness - Adjust screen brightness (range: 5-100).
• Fb: Full Tank - Long press the [knob] and release after hearing the prompt tone to set full tank.
• FC: CO Numerical Detection - In power-on state, press the [knob] twice in a row to check the CO value.

4.5 Engineering Mode

To enter engineering mode, press the [knob] for 5 seconds when the unit is powered on. The upper right corner will show the current project (En00, En01, etc.). Rotate the [knob] to adjust the item and view done.

4.6 Remote Control Matching

• Matching: In shutdown state, press the [knob] three times in a row. The screen will display "P-1". Press any button on the remote control. If successful, the interface will automatically exit, and the remote control can now operate the heater.
• Clearing Data: To clear matching data, press and hold the [ON/OFF] button when powered on. Wait for the interface to show "CLr" which then becomes "SUC" (Success).

4.7 Manual Pump Oil

• Long press the [knob] for 5 seconds when powered on and turned off for the first time. The screen will flash and show a 300-second countdown. Wait for the countdown to end or press [ON/OFF] to end pumping oil.

4.8 Bluetooth Koneksyon

• Telechaje App: Open your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and search for "Sunster". Download and install the application.
